1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Kalviora Cleaning’s website and services in Australia. By requesting a quote, making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including regular cleans, deep cleans, end-of-lease cleans and add-on services listed on our website or quote. Scope, timing and price are confirmed in your booking confirmation.

3. Bookings and changes

• Bookings are accepted subject to availability in your area.
• You may request changes to date, time or scope by contacting us. Changes are subject to availability and may affect price.
• Access instructions (keys, codes, parking) must be accurate to avoid delays or additional fees.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

• Free reschedule or cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to the lesser of a fixed call-out fee or the first hour of service.
• If our team cannot gain access within 20 minutes of arrival, the visit may be considered a no-show and fees may apply.

5. Pricing and payments

• Prices are shown as hourly rates or fixed packages. Quotes are based on the information you provide.
• Additional time or tasks requested on site may be charged at the prevailing rate with your approval.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We may use third-party payment processors.
• Prices include GST where applicable.

6. Access, safety and preparation

• Provide safe access to the property and disclose hazards in advance.
• Secure valuables and remove fragile items from cleaning areas where possible.
• We may decline tasks that are unsafe or outside scope (e.g., dangerous heights, biohazards, mould remediation).

7. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about property size, condition and special requirements.
• Ensure water and power are available during service.
• Provide parking or cover reasonable parking costs where required.

8. Satisfaction promise and re-cleans

If something was reasonably within scope and missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to address it. The re-clean is limited to the reported areas and does not cover general wear, permanent stains or pre-existing damage.

9. Damages and liability

• Report any issues within 24 hours with photos where possible.
• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of repair, replacement or the total amount paid for the affected service, except where prohibited by law.
• We are not liable for wear and tear, pre-existing damage, inherent defects, or items that cannot be cleaned without risk of damage.

10. Insurance

Our cleaners are covered by public liability insurance for services performed on site, subject to policy terms and exclusions.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

12. Cookies

13. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Kalviora Cleaning and may not be used without permission.

15. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, provide misleading information, or where health and safety risks arise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts and tribunals.
